Um

Katelynn has learned to say "Um" as a filler. I guess she picked it up from me, though I wasn't aware that I say it that often. It cracks me up to hear it coming from a 2 year-old though.

Me: Katelynn, what are you doing? (She is doing something she knows she should not, like digging through a drawer.)
KK: Ummm....

Me: Katelynn, do you want to go the park?

KK: Um, YES!

Me: KK what is the name of your doggie?

KK: (Pause) Um! (Laughs because she made a joke)
