Is That Italian?

Katelynn's vocabulary has exploded and we now have a constant chatterbox...from the time she wakes up in the morning till the time she goes to sleep at night. She even chatters to herself in her crib. She has a funny tendency to put the emphasis on the second syllable.

So, we are continually entertained with very loud and enthusiastic run-downs that go something like:

Ma-MA
Da-DA
Na-NA
Pop-POP
OCKY! (for Rocky the dog)
Boo-BOO
Thank-YOU!
Bless-YOU!
(Repeat above list 14 times...)

It sounds like English words with an Italian accent. So I have been calling her our little Italian girl.
Maybe I need to get this book:

She also has some Texan in there though. "OK" is pronounced "Oh-KAI" with a heavy southern belle accent.

    That's hilarious! Yes, we should try to go to the park to walk sometime soon. I think Hayden will be ok to sit in the stroller. As long as it's not too bumpy. (:
