I had pretty much decided all baby gear has a "useful life" of about 4-6 months. Then the kiddo is onto another phase and wants nothing to do with it - just another $25 - $75 down the tubes for mom and dad!
But Katelynn's baby swing has been resurrected, at least for a bit. She saw it in the closet last week and got very excited about it. I don't know how she recognized it since she was about 7 months old the last time she snoozed in it. But somehow she did, so I snapped it back together and she now spends time every day playing in it (and scaring mom with her gymnastics). Definitely no more snoozing in it though!
